The WTE system consists of a garbage incinerator, a waste heat boiler, a flue gas duct, a denitrification system, a deacidification tower system, a dust collector system, and boiler auxiliary machines.
A water-jet temperature reducer is placed between the high/middle temperature superheater and the middle/low temperature superheater to adjust the output steam temperature precisely.
Depending on the specific model, the system supports coal, firewood, and paper material waste (with humidity below 20% and sand content below 5%).
The system utilizes mature and highly reliable anti-corrosion solutions specifically engineered for the furnace and superheater (targeting high-temperature corrosion) and the economizer (targeting low-temperature corrosion).
