    Features & Introduction

Product introduction of industrial Continuous pyrolysis plant (5-10cm tire blocks as feedstock):

Continuous pyrolysis plant includes a waste tyre pretreatment system (shredder and crusher), a continuous pyrolysis system with a continuous feeding and discharge system controlled by a PLC system, and an RCB refining system. The core component is the continuous pyrolysis system. This plant processes waste tyres into valuable fuel oil and carbon black for recycling. Thanks to the continuous feeding and discharge capabilities, the plant runs non-stop, significantly saving energy and time while reducing labor costs via PLC automation.

Working Process of Industrial Continuous Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant

To support continuous feeding and discharging, waste tyres must be sized appropriately. Before entering the pyrolysis process, the tyres are shredded into small pieces. To prevent steel wire from mixing with carbon black (which makes separation difficult), the steel wire is removed beforehand. See the breakdown of components below:

3D Process Flow of Continuous Pyrolysis Plant

1 Shred waste tire to tire block (<10-15cm)
Separate tires, grouping passenger, truck, and OTR tires. To ensure a long life span for the shredder, we offer 3 specialized shredders for OTR tires, Truck tires, and passenger tires. Thick tread wire is removed during this step.
2 Crush tire block to tire powder system (10 mesh to 2mm)
Crush the tire blocks down to tire powder. Any remaining steel wire is fully extracted during this process.
    3 Continuous pyrolysis
Tire powder enters the continuous reactor system to be pyrolyzed into oil gas. The oil gas cools into liquid oil via the cooling system, while residues (carbon black) are pushed to the discharge system.
    4 Carbon black refining
The raw carbon char is milled to a fine powder (300-1000 mesh), processed into pellets, and dried for use.

    Main Features

    Screw Pyrolysis Reactor

Equipped with a coking clean system, allowing the reactor to run significantly longer than traditional drum reactors.

    Advanced Liquid Film Seal

Eliminates the need to change sealing materials weekly. Our liquid film seal prevents oil gas leaks, ensuring reliable continuous operation.

    Fully Automatic PLC System

Automatic feeding and discharge systems mean the entire plant requires only 1-2 operators, drastically cutting labor costs.

    Fully Pyrolysis for High Yield

The screw running model reactor ensures complete pyrolysis of waste tires, yielding maximum oil output.

    Large Processing Capacity

Capable of processing from 10 tons per day up to 100 tons per day (100T/D) due to its unique multiple reactor design.

    Long Working Life

Indirect hot air heating prevents direct flame damage to the reactor. Removing hard steel wire beforehand also protects the reactor from abrasive wear.

    Application & End-Products

Application of fully continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant

Our continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant accepts all types of waste tires, including bicycle, motorcycle, car, truck, and OTR tires.

Aside from the steel wire extracted during pretreatment, the final outputs are fuel oil and carbon black.

    End-Product Applications:

    • Pyrolysis Oil: Widely used as fuel oil in heavy industries (steel, iron, boiler factories, ceramics, power, chemical plants) or used in generators to produce electricity.
    • Carbon Black: Used to manufacture construction bricks when mixed with clay, or utilized directly as industrial fuel.
    • Steel Wire: Sold directly to scrap yards or recycled to produce new steel products.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What raw materials can be processed by this continuous pyrolysis plant?
Our plant processes all kinds of waste tires, including bicycle tires, motorcycle tires, car tires, truck tires, and OTR tires, as well as waste plastics and rubber feedstocks.
Why does the feedstock need to be shredded and crushed before processing?
To maintain a continuous feeding and discharge cycle, the raw materials must be uniform and small in size (5-10cm blocks or 10 mesh to 2mm powder). Removing steel wire beforehand also prevents it from mixing with carbon black and protects the reactor from abrasive wear.
How does a screw pyrolysis reactor compare to a traditional drum reactor?
The continuous screw reactor uses an advanced liquid film seal to prevent oil gas leaks, removing the need to change seals weekly. It also features a coking clean system, allowing the plant to run continuously for much longer periods without stopping.
What are the main end-products and how are they used?
The primary end-products are pyrolysis fuel oil (used in heavy industries or generators), carbon black (used for construction bricks or fuel), and steel wires (recycled or sold directly).
What is the processing capacity of the continuous pyrolysis plant?
We offer three standard models: HY-C-20 (20 Tons/Day), HY-C-30 (30 Tons/Day), and HY-C-50 (50 Tons/Day). Depending on configuration and raw material conditions, capacities can scale up to 100 Tons/Day.
How does this plant minimize labor and energy costs?
The entire system is controlled by an automated PLC system that manages continuous feeding and discharging, requiring only 1-2 operators. Because the reactor operates continuously without frequent cooling and heating cycles, it saves substantial heating energy and processing time.
