Continuous pyrolysis plant includes a waste tyre pretreatment system (shredder and crusher), a continuous pyrolysis system with a continuous feeding and discharge system controlled by a PLC system, and an RCB refining system. The core component is the continuous pyrolysis system. This plant processes waste tyres into valuable fuel oil and carbon black for recycling. Thanks to the continuous feeding and discharge capabilities, the plant runs non-stop, significantly saving energy and time while reducing labor costs via PLC automation.
Working Process of Industrial Continuous Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant
To support continuous feeding and discharging, waste tyres must be sized appropriately. Before entering the pyrolysis process, the tyres are shredded into small pieces. To prevent steel wire from mixing with carbon black (which makes separation difficult), the steel wire is removed beforehand. See the breakdown of components below:

Application & End-Products
Our continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant accepts all types of waste tires, including bicycle, motorcycle, car, truck, and OTR tires.
Aside from the steel wire extracted during pretreatment, the final outputs are fuel oil and carbon black.
End-Product Applications:
- Pyrolysis Oil: Widely used as fuel oil in heavy industries (steel, iron, boiler factories, ceramics, power, chemical plants) or used in generators to produce electricity.
- Carbon Black: Used to manufacture construction bricks when mixed with clay, or utilized directly as industrial fuel.
- Steel Wire: Sold directly to scrap yards or recycled to produce new steel products.
