China Suppliers Factory for Advanced Tire Pyrolysis Oil Vacuum Atomization Flash Distillation Equipment
Advantages
Short range molecular distillation adopts atomized flash distillation technology, which has incomparable advantages over other separation technologies:
1
Low working temperature (far below the boiling point), high vacuum (no-load ≤ 5pa), short heating time (in seconds) and high separation efficiency. Especially suitable for the separation of substances with high boiling point, heat sensitivity and easy oxidation.
2
Effectively removes low molecular substances (deodorization of tire oil and plastic oil), heavy molecular substances (decolorization) and impurities.
3
Oil temperature 100-120 ℃, vacuum 200-300pa: Light gasoline and diesel components are extracted.
4
Oil temperature 150-190 ℃, vacuum 20-50pa: Diesel components are extracted.
5
Residual oil is sold as a by-product of industrial fuel oil.
6
Eco-friendly: Sealed equipment, tail gas is incinerated at high temperature; no "waste gas" discharge.
7
No pretreatment required; no sulfuric acid or clay used, ensuring zero "waste residue" discharge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the expected oil yield from the distillation process?
A: The average oil yield for light industry fuel oil is between 85% and 90%, calculated by net weight without water.
Q2: Can this machine handle different types of waste oil?
A: Yes, it is specifically designed for tire oil, plastic oil, and raw crude oil without the need for complex pretreatment.
Q3: Is the operation difficult for new users?
A: No, the system features high automation. It typically requires only 1 to 2 operators, and the training period is only about 3 to 4 days.
Q4: What makes molecular distillation better than traditional separation?
A: It operates at lower temperatures and higher vacuum levels with very short heating times, making it ideal for heat-sensitive materials and preventing oxidation.
Q5: How does the system handle environmental waste?
A: The process is eco-friendly; tail gases are collected and incinerated at high temperatures, and since no sulfuric acid or clay is used, there is no waste residue discharge.
Q6: What are the main uses for the end-products?
A: The resulting oil is used as industrial fuel for boilers and generators, while carbon black and steel wire can be sold or recycled for construction and manufacturing.
