What are the main advantages of short range molecular distillation?
It features a low working temperature, high vacuum (≤ 5pa), short heating time, and high separation efficiency. It is exceptionally well-suited for heat-sensitive, high-boiling point, and easily oxidized materials.
What is the expected oil yield and quality?
The light industry fuel oil yield is about 85-90% (calculated by net oil weight without water). The output oil quality meets the non-standard diesel standard.
Does this distillation process produce secondary pollution?
No. The process is fully sealed. Tail gas is collected and incinerated at high temperatures for combustion support, discharging no waste gas. Also, because no sulfuric acid or clay is used, there is no waste residue generated.
How easy is it to operate the distillation equipment?
The system features high automation and straightforward controls. It requires only 1 to 2 operators, and the learning curve is short, typically taking 3 to 4 days of training.
What are the primary applications of the end-products?
Pyrolysis oil is used as industrial fuel for steel mills, boilers, ceramics, and chemical plants. Carbon black can be utilized as fuel or mixed with clay for bricks, while steel wire is recycled for new steel products.
Can the system capacity and heating methods be customized?
